2023-2024 Employee Volunteer Mentor Board of Supervisors Recognition
In the 2023-2024 academic year, our dedicated mentors have forged strong, impactful relationships with their mentees, providing invaluable support and guidance. This year, 17 County mentors and mentors from Sierra Vista Child and Family Services have contributed over 1,995 mentoring hours, positively influencing the lives of 115 students across six Modesto City Schools. The mentors have shared their knowledge, offered emotional support, and nurtured the personal and academic growth of their mentees, creating lasting bonds and fostering a sense of community. Their commitment and passion have been instrumental in shaping the future of our students, and we proudly recognize and celebrate the outstanding contributions and experiences of these mentors.
